Training Ground is a military building that unlocks at Sanctuary Level 6 in Last Asylum Plague. This is where soldiers are trained. Upgrading it unlocks higher soldier tiers and increases training capacity.
The building panel shows two stats: Training Capacity (how many soldiers you can train in a batch) and Soldier Training Level (the highest soldier tier you can train).
You can place it from Sanctuary Lv.6 once Barracks is at least Lv.1. After Lv.6, each Training Ground level requires the same Sanctuary level (Lv.10 needs Sanctuary 10, and so on).
Soldier tiers unlock based on this building’s level. Lv.30 also requires the Elite Troop research “Lv.10 Soldier” before T10 can be trained.
Training Capacity and Training Speed are also increased by research in the Research Lab. VIP 15 and above adds Training Speed (10% at VIP 15 and 16, 13% at 17 and 18, 15% at 19 and 20).
